We have issued a tender for our Repairs and Maintenance Framework, which will start in May 2022 when our current contract comes to an end. A prior information notice was issued via Sell2Wales and an online pre-tender online engagement held in early December 2021.

The contract comprises of eight lots:
• Lot 1 – Reactive Repairs and Voids
• Lot 2 – EICR Planned Works
• Lot 3 – Fire Safety
• Lot 4 – Decoration (Internal and External)
• Lot 5 – Kitchens and Bathrooms
• Lot 6 – Windows (Supply and Fit)
• Lot 7 – Doors (Supply and Fit)
• Lot 8 – Physical Adaptation Grants (PAG’s)

The contract notice was published on the Sell2Wales website on Wednesday 22nd December:

The deadline for any queries is 5.00pm on 31st January 2022.  But please bear in mind our office is closed during the festive season from 4.00pm on Thursday 23rd December until Tuesday 4th January 2022 at 9.00am, and all queries will be dealt with after that time.

The deadline for submissions is 5.00pm on 11th February 2022.
